Affiliate terms

Version 2026-10-19. Plain language, short on purpose.

1. Joining. Lumière LLC ("we") reviews every application and may approve or decline any applicant. Approval lets you share referral links for the products named on your dashboard.
2. Commissions. When someone signs up within 60 days of clicking your link (the last partner link they clicked counts), you earn 20% of each monthly payment for Lumière Agents and 30% for Lumière PayCheck, for as long as they remain a paying customer. One-time setup fees, taxes and AI credit purchases don't earn commission.
3. Holding and refunds. Each commission is held 30 days. If the payment is refunded, the commission is cancelled; refunds after a commission was paid are deducted from your next payout.
4. Payouts. On the 1st of each month we pay everything past its hold, per product, once it totals at least $25.00; smaller amounts roll over. Payouts are made in US dollars through Stripe, to an account you connect from your dashboard (currently available to partners in the United States). Stripe may ask for tax information and issue tax forms. You're responsible for your own taxes.
5. Not allowed. Signing up yourself or your own business through your link; bidding on "Lumière", "Lumière Agents" or "Lumière PayCheck" in search ads; spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, or pretending to be us; coupon or cashback sites. Breaking these rules cancels the commissions involved and may end your participation.
6. Disclosure. Tell your audience you earn a commission (for example "affiliate link"), as advertising rules require.
7. Changes and ending. We may change rates or rules for new referrals with 30 days' notice by email; customers you already referred keep the terms they signed up under. Either side can end participation at any time; commissions earned before then are still paid, as long as these rules were followed.
8. Relationship. You're an independent partner, not an employee or agent of Lumière LLC, and can't make promises on our behalf.
