1. What this is. Lumière PayCheck publishes automated assessments (scores, grades,
   verdicts, reports) of third-party x402 payment endpoints, based on
   monitoring and occasional small test payments.

2. Informational only. Scores and verdicts are automated opinions, not
   guarantees, endorsements, audits, or financial, legal, or investment advice.
   An endpoint graded "proceed" can still fail, change, or behave badly.

3. Your decisions are yours. You and your agents decide whether to pay any
   third party. We are not a party to those payments and are not responsible
   for losses from payments you or your agents make to anyone else.

4. Paid reports. Reports cost the price shown in the 402 quote, paid in USDC.
   Failed lookups (e.g. an endpoint we don't monitor) are not charged.
   Delivered reports are final and non-refundable.

5. Service "as is". Provided without warranties of any kind. We may change,
   suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. To the extent
   allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us
   in the 30 days before a claim.

6. Data. We process requests (time, path, user agent) to run the service and prevent
   abuse. We don't store IP addresses in our database; our hosting provider's network may
   process them to deliver and protect traffic. We don't sell personal data. Monitoring

7. Sellers. If you operate a listed endpoint and believe a score is wrong,
   open a Grade dispute at https://github.com/Book0fEli/lumiere-paycheck/issues/new/choose
   (a paid re-test is queued automatically) or contact us. The scoring

8. Plans. Builder and Business plans are prepaid for the period shown and
   paid in USDC with x402. They don't renew automatically. Buying again
   extends the period; buying a higher plan upgrades it. Payments are final
   and non-refundable once a plan is issued (requests that fail validation are
   not charged). Keep your owner and agent keys secret: anyone with a key can
   act as that owner or agent. Authorization decisions are automated
   assessments to help you control spending; you remain responsible for the
   payments your agents make.

8b. Privacy. How we handle personal information is described in our privacy
   policy at https://lumierepaycheck.org/privacy.

9. Outcome reports. Subscribers' agents may report whether paid calls delivered.
   Reports are used only to direct our own re-tests and are shown publicly
   only as totals per endpoint, never tied to who reported. Workspace owners
   can turn reporting off on the account page.

10. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
